RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
Every care has been taken to ensure that our websites descriptions, measurements and photographs accurately portray our products, however representations may vary depending on your specific browser and computer monitor.We hope you love your purchase/s, but if you are unhappy with any item we are happy to offer you a full refund (excluding postage & packing fees, unless the item is deemed faulty) if the item is returned to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense and we strongly recommend that when returning items you use a Signed For insured service (such as Recorded Delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for any item/s which do not reach us. Please ensure that sufficient postage is paid for your return as we are unable to accept packages which do not carry the correct postage amount.
We really hope that your order arrives in one piece, but in the event of any products being faulty, we will cover all costs of the postage and either refund or exchange the product/s for you.
Before returning any item/s to us, please ensure that you have used sufficient packaging to make sure that they are returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
